Meet the Founder: Ailyn S. Rodriguez, CPA
President, Prime Tax Solutions
Ailyn S. Rodriguez is a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of accounting and tax experience, both in the Philippines and the United States. Before establishing PTS, she spent nearly 11 years working in mid-sized CPA firms in Orange County, where she developed extensive knowledge in:

- Trust & Estate Returns
- Nonprofit Organization Returns
- Multi-year and complex tax filings
- IRS, FTB, and EDD representation
She also worked closely with a tax attorney, managing tax resolution cases and helping clients confront challenging issues such as audits, levies, liens, penalty abatements, and delinquent returns. This hands-on experience in tax controversy became the foundation for what PTS specializes in today.
